About the event
From the best boardwalk French fries to fine dining--it’s all there for us to enjoy... and enjoy we will. Come along with us as we head "down the ocean, hon" and learn about the famously favorite beach foods! We will be cooking Eggs Gertrude (a crabby-take on a classic Eggs Benedict), Better-than-Boardwalk French Fries, Roasted Peach Ice Cream with the help of Kate Dallam (of Broom's Bloom Dairy), and a "Dirtie Gertie" (Chef John's take on a classic Bloody Mary).
